Welcome to Seven Gates New Site

I'd like to welcome everybody to the new Seven Gates Supply website. To those who have never heard of me I will give a short history synopsis. For those who do you already know that I supply Top Shelf, Dit Da Jows, Liniments, Balms, Austere, Old World Training tools and soon training manuals and training regimens customized for individuals.

So a little history of my training.

I started my martial arts life in boxing in San Francisco area YMCA's. In 1970 a new wave of eastern martial arts hit the Bay Area and I was hooked. I signed up to training in Black Tiger Gung Fu in Hayward, California. After a few years I transferred to a school closer to home in Fremont, California. It was at this school that I began my training in the Iron Arts in 1975. In the Bay area I trained in Black Tiger Gung Fu, Bok Fu Do, Kajukenbo, Judo and Jujitsu. I also had additional training in Sat Mat Yoga, Kundalini Yoga Zen Meditation and made these all a part of my lifestyle ever since. I had many 1st generation Instructors from China, India, Korea and Hawaii.

In 1984 I moved to the Sacramento area due to a work transfer where I immediately started training at United Martial Arts College under Grandmaster Myung Kyu Kang (10th Dan) in Moo Duk Kwan, TKD ,Hapkido, Yudo and weapons. I eventually became a member of the Senior Teaching Staff where I taught for many years. I then, with 2 partners established a new martial arts school with 3 training centers.

In 1975 I was not only introduced to the Iron Arts but was also instructed in the art of making dit da jow. I initially made it to help in my Iron palm and Body training and when others saw the results they wanted some too. I initially just gave it to fellow martial artist until that simply became economically unviable. Hence, in 1989 I established Seven Gates Dit Da Jow later to become just Seven Gates Supply.
