Seven Gates Pencat Silat Indonesian Balur Oil is a bone and bruise oil formulated
for slow penetration and extended release of ingredients to address the trained anatomy before and after training.
This jow has 18 different ingredients that produce effective results with slow release. 
For those that are hardening the body, during intense Iron Palm and body training, this Balur Oil can be applied to hands, arms,  legs and feet before and after serious training. It should then be left on the applied area for 30 minutes before washing off giving the trained area an extended release of the active ingredients.
