SHIPPING POLICY

Here at Seven Gates we pride ourselves in exceptional shipping and order fulfillment.All orders place before noon are shipped same day and orders placed after noon are shipped next morning. This applies to all products in stock except for certain products that are manufactured to order. On those products a specific timeline is given.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As founder of Seven Gates I want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. In the unlikely event that a customer is not happy due to ordering the wrong product, products damaged or broken in the shipping process I will do all I can to remedy the issue. This applies to unopened, unused Dit Da Jows, Balms, Oils and like products. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer who will receive a full refund or replacement for the product upon receipt of the returned product. This policy does not apply to instructional materials, personalized training programs or any other unique media products.

Customers must notify Seven Gates of their intent to return within 3 business days of receiving their shipment. Any refund, if applicable, will be processed upon receipt of the return

 

I take great pride in the production of my products. I treat all sales as if I were the buyer and I am not satisfied until I get it right and as close to perfection as I possible. That said, sometimes things fall through the cracks. I want you and all of my customers to be happy. So, if you do run into a problem contact me and I will do my best to make it right.
